A once family company keeps the family feeling

The Winje family founded Malthe Winje in 1922. In 1990 the management bought all shares. The company is 100% owned by Norwegian shareholders.

Today the Malthe Winje Group consists of 11 daughter and 2 affiliated companies in Norway, Sweeden, Finland, Estonia and China.

In the more than 85 years Group history Malthe Winje has developed from a component supplier into be a fully integrated contractor in our field of activities. All shareholders are key employees and have a genuine interest in developing the Group further. Group turnover 2007: € 27 million.
