Malthe Winje was founded in 1922 by the Winje family.
In 1990 Kjell Winje sold all shares to the management.
The limited company is 100% owned by Norwegian
shareholders.
The Malthe Winje Group consists of 11 daughter and
2 affiliated companies in 6 countries; Norway, Sweden,
Finland, Estonia, Latvia and China.
Group turnover 2007: 250 million NOK (31 million EUR).
25 million NOK in share capital (3 million EUR).
All the shareholders are key employees in the Group,
thereby having a genuine interest and close control in
the development of the companies.
In more than 85 years of history the Group has developed
from a component supplier based on import/representations
to be a fully integrated contractor in our field of activities.
